Direct Print Logs
The direct print service produces a collection of log files. These files are usually used to debug and analyze the service's operation.
Log files are stored in the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\ForNAV\Direct Print\Logs
You can get the log for a specific connection if you right-click the environment and choose View Log.
Windows event log
Log information is also sent to the Windows event log. Here, you can find more detailed error information.
Collecting log information
When you request support, you should collect the relevant log file from the log folder and export entries from the Windows event log. Attaching this information to a support ticket can help locate the problem.
