Log Files

The direct print service saves log files to the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\ForNAV\Direct Print\Logs

Service logs

Service logs contain information about the start and stop times for the direct print Windows service. The file name of the log contains the process ID, which is also found in the Windows Task Manager.

Handler logs

The service controls the handlers, which process the print jobs. Each handler instance has its own log file. Handler logs contain information about configuration, scanning printers, print jobs, and file operations.
